We’re visiting Murdoch University on the second Thursday of each month to complete bicycle safety checks for students and staff. Free of charge, of course.

 

What is included in the safety check?

Essential bicycle safety checks are recommended half a year after bicycle purchase or the last bicycle service.

We check your helmet, breaks, gears, and tyre pressure and if the condition of your bicycle allows, we adjust breaks and gears.

If a bike is not in safe riding condition, we will provide advice of further checks, service and/or repairs that are required, provide a quote and let you know whether the repair can be done one the spot.

 

Do I need a booking?

Yes, we recommend placing a booking to be guaranteed a safety check. We do have a limited capacity for walk ins on the day, which are provided on a first in, first served basis.

 

I don’t work or study at Murdoch University, can you come to me too?
