What each service level includes
We pick it up, fix it, and bring it back. Pick-up and return at your door are included, Perth metro. Choose your bike, your service level and whether it's electric — the price you pay today covers the service level. Anything beyond it is quoted in writing before we fit a thing.
Standard Service — assessment and written service report with Safety Inspection Certificate; full function and safety inspection; brakes, gears, all fixings and bearing play adjusted; drivetrain degreased and lubricated; bell, end caps and reflectors replaced if needed; consumables included. Replacement parts are quoted, priced fitted.
Fixed Price Service — everything in Standard, plus a bearing service (hubs, headset, bottom bracket cleaned and repacked) and the common wear items included: cables, brake pads, chain, standard tyres and tubes, grips or bar tape. Cassettes and freewheels are quoted.
Capped Price Service — everything in Fixed Price, plus all mechanical parts needed to bring the bike up to PoB Standard Specification, confirmed at assessment. Electrical parts, wheels, frames, forks and suspension are quoted.
E-bikes add $40 for the electrical system check and battery capacity test. Bring the battery, charger and key. Bafang and Shengyi systems are our specialty; on Bosch and Shimano we service everything except the motor and its software.
11- and 12-speed drivetrains carry a surcharge on Fixed and Capped Price, confirmed at assessment. Most bikes are back within 7 working days of pick-up.
