1. Book
Choose a service level, pick your pick-up day and time, and pay online.

2. We collect
We meet you at the door at the time you chose, look the bike over with you, and take it to our repair shop in O’Connor.

3. We return
Anything beyond the service is quoted before we touch it. Once it’s done and paid, you choose your return appointment.

Three levels, one way of working: the price you pay today covers the level you choose. Anything beyond it is quoted in writing before we fit a thing.
Fixed Price

Everything in Standard, plus a bearing service and the common wear items included. Cassettes and freewheels are quoted.
Choose Fixed PriceCapped Price
Adult bike $259
Kids with gears $175 · without gears $145
Everything in Fixed Price, plus all mechanical parts needed to bring the bike up to PoB Standard Specification.
Choose Capped Price- E-bikes add $40 for the electrical system check and battery capacity test. Bring the battery, charger and key.
- 11- and 12-speed drivetrains carry a surcharge on Fixed and Capped Price, confirmed at assessment.
- Most bikes are back within 7 working days of pick-up.
- Service members get a member price on Standard and Fixed Price. The code comes with your service reminder.

Questions
Do I need to be home?
Yes — we hand over at the door, both ways. It takes about 20 minutes and we’ll confirm a window the day before.
What if it needs parts?
We quote first, in writing. Nothing is fitted until you say yes.
Can I drop it off instead?
Yes — Monday to Friday 10–5 or Saturday 12–4 at the warehouse in O’Connor.
E-bikes?
Yes — we look after all bikes. Bafang and Shengyi motor systems are our specialty; on Bosch and Shimano systems we service everything except the motor and its software, which need a brand dealer.
How long does it take?
Your bike is back with you within 7 working days of pick-up. If a part has to be ordered in it can take 10 to 12, and we tell you before we order it.
What if my bike has 11 or 12 speeds?
Our prices are for 7 to 10 speeds. 11 and 12-speed bikes and e-bikes carry a surcharge, which our mechanic confirms when they assess the bike. You agree to that when you book, and if you’d rather not go ahead, we return the bike untouched.
What’s the member price?
Buy a Standard or Fixed Price service and you’re a service member for 15 months. Your next Standard or Fixed Price service is at the member price, and we send the code with your service reminder.
